Empfehlenswertes Motel mit komplett renovierten Zimmern

Der Empfang war trotz später Stunde sehr sehr nett, was schon mal einen echt guten Eindruck macht. Das Motel wurde wohl kürzlich komplett renoviert und einige Zimmer haben auch glatte Böden (Holz, Laminat?), welches wir auf Nachfrage dann auch bekommen haben, was uns sehr gefreut hat, da wir Teppiche absolut nicht mögen. Das Zimmer war sauber und neu eingerichtet, das Bett bequem und Parkplätze gab es ausreichend vor dem Haus. Frühstück war zwar minimalistisch, aber durchaus ok. Es gab sogar frisches Obst, nämlich Bananen. Wir waren zufrieden und können es empfehlen.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen, wir waren zufrieden. Gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis.

Great low budget option in Yuma

I have stayed here several times during my trips to Yuma, staff is really nice, rooms are clean and comfy, you really get what you pay for.

Breakfast coffee could be improved.

Could do better

The room was clean. A decent sized fridge with a freezer. It was good value.

There were 2 large stains on the ceiling. I took 3 photos but was only able to upload one. The room smelled damp / musty - we needed to have the window open all the time to lessen the smell. The tap for the shower was almost impossible to turn on, once we got it freed off it was obvious why it was turned off so hard - the tap leaked. The microwave was a bit old and the outside got very hot with use. The final night (of a week's stay) people in the room above were so noisy at 1am we thought they were coming through the ceiling

Quiet, cool and relaxing.

Laundry on site, location is perfect, staff very nice, price was right.

Exceptional

The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean. The location was great, right off the freeway, and there were different food places to choose from.

The pool had dirt in the bottom of it. You could see the piles of dirt.

The Albsure Super 8 Stay

The Bed was super comfy and the room was Awesome and don't leave out the breakfast and the staff very helpful Thank You Very Much SUPER 8 😇

Nice location and staff

Location was good-

Minimal continental breakfast - construction going on so noisy - our room was next to maintenance room and housekeeping room so noisy about 6 am

I went for the announced continental breakfas, usually there are different breads, granola bars, and 2 kinds of cereal there was literally one bread and just one cereal, I know that those places have a back room for when they run out, so I went to ask the fromt desk lady, and she reply with a short rude tone that there was just that. The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi didn’t work, again we let tha front desk lady know, ans she again replied in a rude tone that those things are not her job, that is the owners fault and she can’t do anything l, which even if it’s true I think that there are better ways to say ot when a customer is letting her know something. Honestly I know that it’s not a fancy place, but with so many things on the description that made me choose the place and didn’t work I felt ripped off, it wasn’t what I paid for. the picture is the room with the “continental breakfast”

was ok the remodel will be a much needed face lift.

great location front desk people were nice no more carpet

in the process of remodeling property. furniture, beds etc all outside. big dumpsters everywhere with furniture thrown around breakfast was a joke. We walked across the parking lot to Ihop

Great stay

Staff was friendly and room was nicely cleaned. There was plenty of room for myself, husband, child and dog.

Another customer was a little rude and a drunk person was hanging around the lobby area

Not what we expected...

When we arrived, we were transfered to the neighbor hotel, due to renovations. We were told that it was an upgrade. The lady at the Super 8 was really friendly. The rest is history and Quality Inn next door... The room was clean and spacy.

Even though the room was clean, the bathtub/shower was not as the material from the ceiling repair fell into it. It looked like a sandbox. When we complained at the front desk, they said we know. We are on it. Why did they give us the room then? The whole Quality Inn needs an update. Everything looks worn down, scratched and the outdoor part very dirty.

Great overall with friendly accommodating staff.

Although the property is under construction, the staff, especially Priscilla, did everything to accommodate us. We were placed in a newly remodeled room as soon as one was available. We were also allowed to use the pool at the hotel across the street without question as ours is under repair.

Our first night was in the area that had not been remodeled yet. These rooms are definitely dated and in need of repair but for one night it was no problem. I’d also like to see them expand their breakfast offerings. There lobby and breakfast area are newly remodeled and it would have been nice to have waffles or something more substantial in the mornings.

Renovation appears to be going on with success. Staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Manager "Happy" and "Anisse" were awesome

Walls were too thin....could hear the neighbors!!
