Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Roger. Genügend Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Geschirr vorhanden. Sogar jede Menge Kaffeekapseln. Bequeme Betten. Gute Infos und Tipps per WhatsApp zur Umgebung, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Öfis.
Super Lage !
Mit wenig Aufwand könnte man die Unterkunft "cozy" gestalten.
Balkontüre klemmt, Wasserhahn in Küche und Bad locker. Duschwand zu schmal und Badspiegel nur nutzbar ab Körpergröße 1,80.
Mobiliar einfach und Sofa sehr abgenutzt

Sehr gute Lage, direkt um die Ecke vom Ku‘Damm. Und dabei unglaublich ruhig! Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir durften unser Gepäck am Abreisetag noch in der Wohnung lassen, weil diese erst am nächsten Tag wieder vermietet wurde.
Nur Kleinigkeiten. Das Sofa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Wohnung könnte etwas gemütlicher aussehen, aber das macht eigentlich überhaupt nichts. Denn sie ist unglaublich groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

1A Lage zu Bus und Bahn mit diversen Restaurants in der Umgebung für jeden Geschmack. Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig zum Hinterhof raus. Wir konnten schon deutlich früher in die Wohnung als vereinbart und alle Fragen wurden umgehend und super freundlich beantwortet.

The host is friendly, and helped me out on Friday evening when there was a problem with the door lock. (My fault, but I didn't know the lock well: you can't leave the key in the lock from the inside when the door is locked.) The location is good: close to U-bahn, S-bahn, some nice playgrounds.
The apartment is spacious, that's for sure. Then again - you don't always need that much space, it would just be nice to have a cosy and clean room. Unfortunately, that was lacking.
