We arrived after midnight but the access code was provided and the room was ready - all good. The location is great with easy walking to cafes, restaurants and sights. The hotel is small and personal, and in a gated street. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. The room facilities all function perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to a lot of food and drink options and super close to the metro to get to other parts of the city.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were great size and the shower was hot.
We’d happily return here again!

Location was good, and the staff were helpful
We had the last room available which was the budget room - and it was indeed a budget room. We also had the breakfast which was only 6500CP - for most people it would be OK but if you know about nutrition it isn't OK, processed salami, cheese, and everything else full of sugar (jelly, grapes, jam, commercial orange juice, rice crispies)
