Excellent hotel in a very convenient central location. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the hotel provided everything I needed for a pleasant week in Santiago.

location was good, fine for tourists near by with wine bars and food options. Next to the metro so easy to then access other parts of the city via public transport
Dated hotel, well overdue a refurb, bathroom is grimy, bedroom furniture looks like Ikea from the 90s.
Pool is very small also the vents from the kitchens blow onto the pool area so you can't stay for long or you'll ingest the constant smell of grease and cooking fats - not pleasant. The pool bar isn't always staffed either so can be hit or miss.
The lift is the biggest issue, only 1 was working with no apologies made and it only holds 6 people before going overweight. We were on floor 13 of I think 16, so it took a solid ten mins every time we wanted to leave in the morning. Breakfast was a poor showing too, was ok but nothing spectacular, especially when you add the travel time to the 13th floor!
