Clean, comfortable and located close to Lastarria.
The hotel itself was good but it was located in an area which did not feel as nice. Possibly due to its location closer to the city centre.

Decent location close to Plaza des Armas and the subway. Lots of good places to eat and drink nearby. Ned was very convertible and the shower was excellent.
Originally booked a premium room with balcony. This was on floor 7 below the rooftop restaurant. There was loud music blaring out and you could hear seats being dragged around. The hotel switched my room but this was lucky and wasn’t as spacious and had no view at all. Also bizarrely the hotel removed the small sofa after a few days - I assume this was a sofa bed and needed elsewhere. However this meant there was no comfy seat left and it seems a bit unusual to do that mid stay. Breakfast was a bit ordinary.
