The hotel was refurbished, room was clean, aircon worked well. The restaurant had good food and the restaurant staff was excellent.
Without my asking, someone on hotel staff sent a car for pickup from the station. No cost was mentioned so I assumed it was a hotel car. No, they sent a local taxi driver who charged 3x the Uber rate (with some, no doubt, kicked back to the hotel staff). They also required double the quoted amount as a deposit (but, it was returned on check out). Also, wifi was broken for half my stay.

Position was good. Great roof top bar for breakfast or a drink. Staff here were amazing friendly attentive and helpful.
Ignoring our room requests after confirming via messages. Allocated rooms that did not reflect their promotion of room to book. Not attentive to a very reasonable housekeeping request
