Central location
Only 2 small elevators, have to wait a long time during busy hours.
Uber unable to pick-up in front due to dedicated bus lane. You’ll need to walk to the corner for pick-up. Not a big deal but we did not know and Ubers kept on cancelling on us.

The pool and dinning area were great and the bed was very comfortable and rooms clean and tidy
There was an issue with checking in where I was charged the IVA when I shouldn’t have been but I was only offered a refund in cash dollars. We also booked an airport transfer through the hotel which didn’t turn up making us late for our flight. The staff didn’t seem overly helpful and recommended places with low rating or services that couldn’t accommodate us. The hotel feels quite tired and could do with a refurb.

It has this nice historic look especially in the lobby where you check-in.
The bathroom was not well cleaned, the toilet seat was broken, the shower was dirty. Also it’s not the safest location after 10/11 PM. Other than that the staff was really nice and helpful.
