Uitstekende locatie, op loopafstand van het strand. Ruime en comfortabele villa met eigen garage, wat erg handig is. Schone kamers, "rustige" buurt voor een prettig verblijf.
De buitenruimte was minder goed onderhouden dan verwacht. Er waren veel muggen en de tuin kon netter worden bijgehouden. De binnenkant van de villa was schoon, maar buiten liet de hygiëne wat te wensen over. Daarnaast kregen we laat op de avond een melding over vermeende geluidsoverlast, terwijl we net waren aangekomen. Dat gaf geen prettig gevoel. Ook voelden we ons bij het zwembad minder op ons gemak door de inkijk vanuit de aangrenzende woningen.

We really like the location, the pool, the bbq, the bathroom and the bedroom. Check in and check out were very easy.
Bathroom were recently renovated and bed comfortable.
The owner was responsive, and provided crib and high chair for baby.
The location is great, very close to the beach, the supermarket and the airport.
Overall, other than the bedroom and the bathroom, I am a bit disappointed about the state of the house and the furniture. The property need some maintenance in the main room and outside, the furniture needs some renovation.

The house is spacious with many bedrooms. Location is great very close to the beach.
The check-in process was frustratingly rough. While instructions were sent, no one verified that the home was ready before our arrival. We struggled to unlock the door via the app because a main breaker switch was flipped, cutting power to parts of the house—including the refrigerator, which took hours to cool back down after we reset it.
The property needs maintenance and a thorough deep clean; I found a significant amount of blonde hair in the bedroom and on the bed. Additionally, the dishwasher was completely blocked, requiring us to perform basic repairs just to get it to drain and wash properly. The kitchen is also poorly equipped, with only two functional knives. Furthermore, don't expect the pool to be heated—it was somewhat too cold to enjoy.
Communication with the management agency was poor. They called us at 11:00 PM to pass along a noise complaint that actually originated from the street. Later, they messaged us threatening extra fees for a late checkout, even though we had departed 10 minutes prior and personally told the cleaner she could enter. Overall, this property needs better management and care.
