1. The fact that is was linked to Dubai Mall.

1. The miscommunication with the property just to simply find it! The property is the old (The Address Hotel), which was picked up and renamed to (Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai) from January 1st, 2024. It took me three taxi rides to find it because simply it was not mentioned in my booking. Later, I found out that the apartment is not even managed by Kempinski but by a 3rd property management company.
2..Eventhough we were on the 35th floor, the highway noise was too much to handle, especially in the early mornings when some cars apparently race and produce very loud noise.
