great facilities and the spa treatment was wonderful
The location is rather difficult to get into depending on traffic. Also that the breakfast was not an open buffet during the week that was rather disappointing.

We had an amazing experience at The Dorchester. The room was incredibly classy, with an extremely comfortable bed and stunning marble bathroom. The lobby was calm, immaculate and elegant. Staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. Room service was quick and delicious. Everything was perfect, and we’ll definitely return!

The view and the room design.
They have charged me twice for the usage of in room snaks knowing that I didn’t use any of them.
After talking to them they refunded only one of the charges.
