Spotlessly clean and well appointed.
The description does not mention the WC is on the ground floor and so night access is via a smart but metal spiral staircase. Rereading the HSE section it doesn't say anything about you needing to be being fit enough to get up the stairs. So for anyone with Young children it hasn't got a stairgate.
It didn't bother us but it's an issue that no mention of it.
We had to ring Booking. Com to find which car parking spaces to use. Why isn't that on the website or use what3words location as front road is limited parking.
Useful to know where the door to flat3 is because it's from the back car park. Again what3words would have helped
Overall fine but sorry its expensive for a spiral staircase WC access.

Location was perfect as we were working 3 minutes away.
outdoor space was lovely on a sunny evening.
quiet location. very friendly neighbours
we slept very well.
we had an initial problem with keys and key safe , but the owners and pass the keys were magnificent in helping sort the problem.

The central location was helpful
We didn’t have wifi for the duration of the stay and access to the wifi was a deciding factor for booking this stay. The furnishings were tired and stained and we found old food wrappers under the bed from previous guests. As mentioned in other reviews the flat is not set up for four people (we were a party of three), with only three dining chairs, limited cutlery and a twin bed and a larger single bed for sleeping. We also noticed the drain smell in the downstairs area, however it was clear attempts had been made to freshen up the flat.
