About this house rental
The property backs up to Signal Hill Golf Course. We are .7 miles from beach access #24 (14 minute walk image on listing/must cross 2 busy roads Lagoon Dr. & Thomas Drive). Parking for 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles? Please reach out to see if we can accommodate as we have potential space for boats too. Quiet back privacy fence yard w/ grill and patio to relax. Property is off main busy road, turn in slowly so you do not miss the turn. Smoking outside only (marijuana prohibited). Pet friendly!

It was ok. The back yard is very small and not so clean. The house was clean and nice. With only 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms was challenging. Especially when you had to walk through one of the other 2 bedrooms to get to the bathroom. It’s in a nice area, not to far from everything

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Our dog really loved the backyard. We played mini golf just a couple of miles away and the beach was right around the corner. We definitely will be back to visit again.

Owner was very accommodating with any needs. The inside was nice and clean. Nice fenced in back yard for our dog was great. We had our two kids and they liked it also especially being able to have their own areas. Only like 3 mins from the beach and around all kinds of activities.
