This home is self-catering. We recommend stopping by a nearby supermarket to pick up any personal toiletries and groceries you may need during your stay.
• HOUSEKEEPING:
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the property undergoes a thorough professional cleaning and inspection. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an extra fee.
• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
• GRILL:
We do not offer grill as standard feature; However, we can rent a grill for your stay - Please, contact us after booking for more information.

This is the fourth time we've stayed in the neighborhood. We really like the property and location. Pros: - gated and quiet- big shared pool- house is gigantic and everyone's got space- close to Disney parks- close to restaurants and stores- Lots of towels- Game room was a nice bonus Cons:- Parking is right- Not much for supplies (garbage bags, laundry soap, coffee filters, etc. but it did have dish washer pellets)- Starting to show some wear and tear- Universal is a bit further and traffic is a nightmareConclusion:- Big property with lots of space and most of what you need. While a bit older it was clean and nice. Would stay here again

We loved staying in this house! It was perfect for what we used it for and in a convenient location. It had everything we needed and they were very good with communication!
