Our Home located in the northern part of the Bronx is a quiet place and is great for a business stay with a dedicated work area. ★ Great Location ★ Close to many ski areas, the airport, and the city. It's relatively easy to get around anywhere (Downtown SLC, Ski Resorts, shopping, bars, restaurants) 7-10 mins walk to train 2 & 5 and bus for an easy commute. 25 mins drive to Yankee Stadium during Non-rush hours. Close to Botanical Garden, Bronx Zoo, New Rochelle, and more fun places to busy! The space Upon entering our chic and comfy home, you will be greeted by a cozy feel living space with a dining area. And a fully equipped kitchen sets the tone for many unforgettable cooking memories. During the day, the great location allows you to explore interesting activities near our home. Guest access Guests are free to access 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room, back yard, front yard, and parking area around building 3806. No access to the garage and front entrance closet with keypad lock which are where we keep our maintenance for supplies for our cleaning crew. Please park your car in the driveway, in front of the garage (front#3806, front of the unit, or on the side of the unit) Other things to note ★ IMPORTANT ★ Our neighborhood is SAFE and QUIET. Please be courteous to our neighbors. -Absolutely no super loud after 9pm on week nights and 10pm on Saturday/Sunday. -Few drinks on our premises are okay but please not too excessive that could be out of control. In fact, getting very loud or fighting are not acceptable and if a complaint arises from our neighbors then a fine will be applied up to $1,000. -Absolutely no drugs and/no smoking or vaping of any kind; legal, medicinal or not. If smoke odors or traces of cigarettes are detected in the house or around the premises, a fine will be applied up to $1,000. - All kitchen appliances are to be used at your convenience but MUST be cleaned after yourself. All dishes and utensils MUST be washed just like you would do to your own home. If a proper cleaning is not performed, a fee of $300 will be requested to cover for the professional cleaning service. - Be in charge and stay like a local with provided shovel, during winter you may want to clear your way, driveway, and sidewalks within the premises. - The home supplies are to be refilled once after a check-out or at the beginning of a check-in. No restocking of any kind during your stay! - The cleaning staff will only perform their duty at 11am after each check-out. Any request of cleaning during stay, there will be available for an additional fee of $300. - Use all garbage cans provided sometimes in front of the driveway or on the side of unit 3806. Take them out by the curb at check-out/Thursdays for garbage pick-up on the early Friday mornings. If found them emptied by the curb at your check-in, please bring them in and leave next to the front garage so that you could use during your stay. (*Garbage pick up is on the early Friday morning*) - Only declared guests are allowed to sleep in the house. Fail to declare the exact numbers of people on booking will end up paying $100 per person of exceeding. - If you show up and your face does not match with your profile on Airbnb (we could see yours via outdoor cameras), you then automatically are not allowed to enter our property. (You're obligated to keep your profile updated at all time before booking rendered) - Please park your vehicles in the driveway within our property (front of 3806 or on the side of the unit 3806) Please do not block roads or neighbors’ premises. - Any act of against our house rules or legal requirements will trigger to a fine up to $1,000 plus any additional fee may be applied. *Thank you for your compliance to our house rules. We appreciate your business!
