This full-season cottage is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the Cape's lifestyle with a private Association beach over the dune just foot steps away. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets and sunrises. Search for sand dollars and star fish at low tide. Take a stroll on the beach to Scorton Creek for world-known fishing. This sunny, updated beach house easily sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, full bath, laundry and an open kitchen/dining/living area. Let Us Tell You About This Home: Main level features a galley Kitchen with stainless appliances. dishwasher and granite counters offering more space than you would think. We even managed to tuck a stackable washer and dryer in there! There's a full bathroom located off the hallway before you enter the open concept living spaces. A separate dining area offers a table with 6 chairs and ceiling fan for extra cooling. There are also mini splits to provide A/C and keep the entire house cool. The living room features built-ins, a sectional with chaise lounge and a flat screen TV for catching the Red Sox games. The fireplace was recently converted to gas so if you stay in the off season you can enjoy cozy fires on chilly nights. The primary bedroom bedroom on the main level has a queen bed. Both the living room and bedroom offer access to the covered deck outside where you will find a gas grill for summer cookouts that can be enjoyed on the outdoor table that seats 6. You've certainly noticed the spiral staircase by now - ascend to the second floor and find 2 loft-style bedrooms with two sets of twin beds on either side. You'll find beautiful finishing touches at Oceanside Serenity - making this a blend of classic cottage with contemporary comfort. This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience. NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home. NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home! Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on lawn anytime. Additional Information to Assist You: Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure. State and local taxes are charged if applicable. For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments. A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. This is the perfect place for a quiet get away if you don’t mind driving everywhere. It’s tucked away and peaceful. The cabin itself is pleasant. Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor and the staircase leading there is VERY narrow and would be inaccessible to many with limited mobility. Also, it would be difficult for people of larger builds carrying small children. The beach is rocky, but that’s related to where it is on the cape. Not an ideal spot for infants and toddlers. A large sand dune blocks any view of the ocean and it’s too far to walk to if you were hoping to sit with a view with a baby monitor in hand, but it seemed like a pretty safe neighborhood if your kids are older. Kitchen was stocked with essential tools for making meals and there’s a grocery store nearby in Sandwich for those needs. All in all, property was clean and as promised, though the lack of any view of the water from anywhere in the house was a disappointment for us.

I’ve stayed here multiple times with my family of four (7 yo/5 yo) and we love the area - beach backyard, close to good restaurants in Sandwich, we even brought kayaks for paddling through the channel at the end of the road. Plenty of space for everyone in the house and kids love the spiral staircase. We love the Cape!

We had a great time during our off season stay! The cottage was perfect, less than a minute walk to the beach was nice!
