Villa Dora is located in Stokovci, a beautiful place in the middle of Istria. The small, picturesque village of Stokovci is located near the medieval town of Svetvincenat, the most dominant small town in south-central Istria. Svetvincenat will impress you with the pleasant hospitality of its residents and typical Istrian delicacies, world-renowned wines, fresh extra virgin olive oil, homemade brandies and much more. The villa is ideal for a holiday with the whole family. It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A sofa bed is in the living room and offers a sleeping opportunity for additional 2 people. The spacious living room with fireplace with dining area for 10 people and fully equipped kitchen gives the whole villa a lot of comfort and a nice living ambience.
In the house there is a room with fitness facilities and a small play area for small children. The garden is very beautiful and fenced, here you can really relax and your children can let off steam. The large 50m2 pool is open from 01.05. until 30.09. Outside you will find a beautiful covered terrace with a built-in barbecue and a dining table for 10 people. In the garden there is also a children's playground, pool table, table tennis, picado and soccer goals. The house is air conditioned and equipped with wireless internet access.
