Квартира полностью соответствует описанию — чистая, уютная, современная и хорошо оборудованная.
Есть кондиционер,но мы не разу не воспользовались - квартира окружена деревьями со всех сторон,от этого тенек.
Расположение отличное, рядом есть магазины, транспорт,достопримечательности.
Не далеко станция метро.
В доме находится неплохая столовая,чтобы перекусить!
Светлана очень внимательна и доброжелательна,на связи 24/7.
Казахстан-великолепен!

Просторная комфортная квартира, классная кровать, большой холодильник. Было чисто, застелено постельное, присутствует всё необходимое. Несмотря на жару на улице, в квартире было прохладно.

Квартира, переделанная в евродвушку: большая кухня-гостиная и маленькая спальня с двуспальной кроватью, полностью соответствует фотографиям, не «убитая». В кухне-гостиной двуспальный диван, так что можно ночевать раздельно при необходимости. Удобное расположение, в доме столовая, в радиусе 5 минут магазины и кафе, недалеко тц и пешеходная улица, до всех остальных мест можно добраться на автобусе (остановка поблизости) или на такси. Очень заботливая хозяйка.

Location is ok and in the area you can find all basic things one needs for a few days stay.
The communication was very dry (the owner doesnt speak english and her son just helps from time to time - it delays communication) and I had to keep asking questions about needed details (entry code for the key box...). 50% of the communication with the host was about how much I need to pay and where I should leave the money.
The toilet did and did not flush (we did not understand why as we had water in the apartment).
We needed help with taxi to the airport and as Yandex registration sms did not come no matter what we tried with a local SIM I asked host for help. He just coldly refused it as it is for us to arrange)
