We had an excellent stay at this apartment during our trip to Almaty! The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, well-equipped and comfortable. It had everything we needed and truly made us feel at home throughout our stay.
The location was another big plus. Being so close to Arbat Street meant that restaurants, shops and other places were easily accessible. Getting to and from the apartment was also very convenient, which made exploring the city much easier.
Our host was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, accommodating and very responsive. We especially appreciated their restaurant recommendation on our first night and how quickly they attended to our request for extra pillowcases. Those little things really made a difference in our experience.
The only minor issue we encountered was the Wi-Fi, which tended to slow down at night. However, it wasn’t a dealbreaker and didn’t take away from our overall experience.

The house amazing. The hosts are very thoughtful by having all the small details (oreo cookies for the kids, in-house sleepers, toothbrush and more). Having the storage luggage is a plus point. The house is near to money exchange, groceries, eateries and close to a shopping mall. All walking distance. The house is worth every cent! Will definitely stay here again.
