We will not be coming back. We were charged full price when we didn’t even get to stay the allotted time 3pm-11am!!

It was clean and in a good location.

Our check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 430 and was told it would be 20min wait they were cleaning the room. We waited hour and half!!! And then still was expected to check out by 11am! Also the breakfast was awful.

Location...Location...Location and great of EV cars.

It was a great location, with very nice rooms, and great staff. The noise from the train was a little bothersome, but not enough to complain about. This location is also great if you have an EV automobile because there are charging stations located outside OR you can easily go to Sheetz which is within walking distance. And Sheetz is another alternative for meals. Breakfast is the only meal served at the hotel and there is no bar or room service at this location. The hotel is right located at I-40 exit 290 so it is centralized and easily accessible to anywhere in the Triangle Area.

No indoor pool, but we knew that before booking.

So clean

They need to be more specific to how we have to do for room service cleaning. When we ask twice for cleaning room they said “ok”. Nobody went and then they said that you need to request 24 hours before. And if the room is for 5 or 6 people, leave more coffee and sugar We have to go every day to the counter for get the coffee. The breakfast is good. Maybe available more fruits like bananas.

Location was awesome, staff was very friendly!

Some of the dishes in the room were not clean, and we were greeted by a rather large roach of sorts, probably a water bug in the bathroom.

OK, but will probably look for another property on return trip in June.

Breakfast was punctual. Location was just off I-40 in Cary. Pretty busy, but most road noise was blocked out. Clean. New property, obviously.

Compared to breakfast at other H2S properties, this was lacking. Hot bar was good. No fresh fruit selection. Staff seemed to be watching the clock for 0900 so they could shut down the bar. After-breakfast/after-hours coffee in the lobby was generally not recently brewed. Four obvious drug addicts were housed on the same floor for a couple of nights, and there appeared to be drug-trafficking along the upper road toward McDonalds. (Vehicles with no plates that would mysteriously be gone by dawn; a parked truck/trailer which would periodically flash brake lights - signaling buyers.)

The breakfast selection was minimum but they offered the best. We arrived 2 hours early than our check in and was offered to pay $25 to check in earlier or wait. Wasn't quite happy about that business decision making considering the room was all ready and we just drove 8 hours.

the rooms were extremely nice, all of the appliances were brand new and full-sized. the staff were extremely nice, especially Liz.

I really don't have any complaints, the hotel is very nice.

Nice, new hotel that is close to the arena and horse complex. Excellent breakfast.

Very close to the Arena and horse complex. An excellent breakfast with healthy options. Breakfast staff was amazing, trying to ensure everything was perfect.

very disappointed that housekeeping is a complementary service only every 4 days! While this seems to be a post-COVID trend in the hotel industry due to staffing shortages among other reasons, it meant that people were putting their trash in the hallways. One of the pleasures of traveling is having a clean bathroom, a freshly made bed, fresh towels and trash that is not overflowing. Housekeeping could be requested, but with 24 hour notice.
