The location was perfect with views of the mountains and water. So peaceful and relaxing. Amazing activities for us and the kids. The staff was so kind and helpful. They really made so much effort to make us happy.
I think since the place was pretty empty they should have upgraded us to water view. I originally had water view but when I changed the date of my stay by one day, the prices went up significantly because it was a holiday they told me, so I changed my rooms to mountain view. I had asked them before i came about the virw and price increase. While still nice, I think since there was barely anyone at the hotel it would have been a win, win to upgrade us to a better view. By the time I realized barely anyone was there, I didn't feel like asking to if they could do that. The staff that was there were not the owners. The staff was so amazing though. The same staff did everything in the hotel, greeting, activities, cooking, cleaning, landscaping.

Wonderful, peaceful and comfortable location in the heart of an amazing natural environment. Super charming clean and comfortable tents and the most lovely people in the world. They met every request. We - family of 7 - all really loved it!

De ligging is prachtig, de staff erg behulpzaam en het zwembad is fijn.
Het personeel spreekt bijna geen Engels en het ontbijt is - net als de menukaart - wat eenzijdig.
