Very convenient, near to a Metro station. Nice private apartment.
Maybe a small fridge would be handy to keep food/drinks chilled.

Very cozy, peaceful and comfortable place to stay
No AC. Due to summer season, it was quite hot. Still, they've provided us with electric fans which helped alot

Front desk staff, very helpful, and two stops to Gare de Lyon, so just what I needed. There's plenty of supermarkets nearby.
No lift, which I wasn't aware of. Spiral staircase made it hard to negotiate, with a large suitcase. .The room had a rustic charm but was basic by today's standards, no smoke alarm, etc.
