Bra utrustat kök, bra med delat badrum och toalett, jättebra hårtork tyst och skönt, bra säng med varmt och skönt täcke.
Mina vita strumpor blev smutsiga på sulorna av att gå på golvet i lägenheten. Jättebra att personalen vill veta hur det går i lägenheten, men det hade räckt med ett meddelande vid ankomst och ett vid avgång. Det kändes stressigt att behöva ha koll på mobilen under semestern och svara på alla deras meddelanden.

The apartment itself is very nice, situated in a great location, and features a wonderful balcony. However, the management felt a bit inexperienced and amateurish in several areas.
Basic amenities were missing—there were no cleaning supplies provided, not even dish soap or a proper sponge (they did bring dish soap after I requested it). Additionally, the frying pan was ruined and the shower hose was damaged upon arrival. To their credit, the staff replaced the pan and fixed the shower once I reported these issues. The floors were also not properly cleaned, as walking barefoot around the apartment left our feet black.
Communication internally seems lacking, as different staff members did not appear to read previous message history. When I requested a late check-out as compensation for these inconveniences, they initially tried to charge me for it. Only after I reminded them of all the issues did they agree to a free check-out at 14:00.
Overall, it's a lovely space, but management needs to improve their cleaning standards, initial inspection routines, and internal communication.
