1. Location is good, IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE TRAIN A LOT, public transport is very close. 2. Apartment was clean and reasonably well prepped for guests. 3. Everything needed was in. 4. There was no problem to collect keys. 5. Very easy to remove garbage. 6. Furniture is almost new and in good condition.
1.Close space for sleeping is creating the effect of lacking the air. To sleep if air-condition is OFF problematically - there is no air circulation. Would be nice to improve this factor. 2. There was some old dust under bed - cleaners did not pay enough attention on that. 3. Location close to Railway Station has one negative detail - some, I would say, "strange" people you can easily meet in the area. If to keep windows open - a bit noisy.

Very nice apartment in Nice :)
The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. The train station is also within walking distance.
The entrance and common areas were always clean and smelled nice. The apartment itself also had a very pleasant and fresh scent. The apartment has all the amenities you could possibly need. The fridge kept the water perfectly cold, which was especially nice in such hot weather, and the air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly as well.
The key handover was arranged through Rodolfo. He is a very kind and pleasant person and was always available.
Everything went absolutely smoothly during our stay, with no issues at all.
The price is a little high, but the overall experience was absolutely worth it.
