Hmmm. Be careful where you park.

The apartment was well located (within walking distance go the Arena), simply furnished and the bed was comfortable.

1. Not enough hot water for two people to have a good shower 2. The electronic key was difficult for us to use. 3. Parking. I parked in what seemed to be a blue lined car park in the stretch of car parks opposite the apartment and got a parking ticket. The property manager advises I missed a road sign that rendered the spot I was in a "blue and yellow lined park" and that consequently I am responsible for the fine.

Good location for a short stay.

We stayed one night so was fine. Location was good for centre of town. Good communication with Marco for checking and parking.

Sofa too small for 4 people and no Tv in lounge. Parking was included but it was 5mins away on a public road. Was not clear where it was located.

Amazing.

Location is great, it's out of ZTL so it's good for travelling by car but at the same time all attractions are near. It's also good for small children as there are two playgrounds in 10-minutes walk. Fast and reliable internet connection that might be important for those who like to blog/vlog their stay.

Check-in is designed to be automatic but it was a bit confusing to get into. But with the host we resolved everything in 5 minutes by phone. Blue-delimited park places are subject to availability so some luck is required. We were lucky enough :)

Emplacement proche du centre ,des restos et des arènes. Proche des musées et bibliothèques que nous voulions visiter. Un bar et une boulangerie à 20m de l appartement, top pour le petit déjeuner.

Un grand stress avec le système d ouverture des portes. Mais au final c'est fonctionnel pour autant que vous soyez équipés d 'un smartphone !
