Very clean apartment, felt very safe, super close to restaurant, bars, only 3 mins walk to the main square by the arena.

Overall the property and location were amazing! The only hitch was communication. The property management relayed the correct information to get in the building. However, the code to secure the key was wrong. Fortunately a nice couple who also were staying there and who experienced the same initial key issue were able to help contact the managers. Once in, all was great. Just be sure to have a phone and the contact numbers. The management also may want to consider using WhatsApp to stay in contact with guests at the start of a stay.

In a great location to visit Verona, all in close walking distance. If you do the online checkin as instructed before you arrive then it’s very easy to let yourself in. Working aircon was a must when we visited in August. Easy communication with the host, friendly cleaning staff. Can recommend.
