This is a very spacious apartment. All the rooms are big. The main bathroom is very big. It has excellent air conditioning. It has excellent WiFi reception. The beds are very comfortable. The location is fantastic - easy walking distance to all the main Verona sights and to dozens of restaurants and cafes.
We had an issue extracting the key from the front door of the apartment. Just be aware, it takes a bit of manipulation to get the key out of the lock. This happened every time.
Be warned when you open the lift on the floor of the apartment it is pitch black in the stair well. To the immediate left of the lift is a timed light switch. We learned to switch the foyer light on as we entered the ground floor foyer, before entering the lift, this way the stair well was lit up on the apartment floor too. This is probably common knowledge for those living in apartments but I live in a traditional single storey house.
We wanted to wash some clothes. There is no washing liquid/powder provided. We purchased some and left it there for the next person. We noticed the last person that had used the machine had put powder in the wrong compartment in the machine and it had conjealed into quite a mess. We removed it as a courtesy because it hadn't been checked.
The water pressure in the showers, in both bathrooms, I can only describe as terrible. It was essentially a dribble of water to shower in.The shower heads are old and you can't manipulate them to improve water flow, but, I suspect, even if you could, the flow of water wouldn't improve. The main bathroom shower I also had trouble actually getting a temperature that was either not too hot or not cold. This needs to be looked at urgently.
There is no compendium provided as to how to operate items. This needs to be addressed for future guests. There is no kettle and I wanted to boil water to make a cup of tea. I messaged the owner as to how I lit the gas plates - I have an electric hotplate so am not familiar with gas - although from previous experience you turn on the gas and it self ignites. I was messaged back that I had to light it - but what with? There are no matches and no gas lighter !!!!

Die Lage dieser sehr schönen Wohnung war unbeschreiblich gut. Die Arena die Verona war in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar.
Leider war trotz der hohen Temperaturen die Klimaanlage nicht benutzbar, da die Sicherung immer rausgeflogen ist.

- douches klein straaltje, geen druk
- geen enkele info in het huis
- keuken minimaal uitgerust, konden gasfornuis niet aansteken
- verschrikkelijk veel lawaai van kroeg én vuilnis ophaal al heel vroeg
