Lugn område i en bra del av staden. Promenadavstånd på 15-20 minuter till stora delar av stadskärnan och parker. Mycket nära till stor matbutik. Smidig kontakt med hyresvärden. Bra att privat parkering och städning ingick i priset. Bra mörkläggning med persienner och rullgardiner.
Vi hade problem med våra mobilladdare 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz. Även om stickkontakten gick igenom petskyddet så laddade enheterna inte alltid. Vi kunde bara använda vissa av uttagen. Kylskåpet förde oväsen liksom högt TV-ljud från grannar.

Auton parkkeeraaminen piti olla ilmaista parkkipate kuitenkin kirjoitti parkkisakon. Tulisiko ohjeita selkeyttää ilmaisen parkkipaikan suhteen tai jokin lupalappu autoon parkkeeraamisen ajaksi.

Sijainti loistava autottoman hokimatkailijan kannalta, rautatieasema lähellä, samoin Raksilan jäähalli. Kaikki olennainen löytyi. Kävellen pääsi joka paikkaan. Vilkkaan kadun varrella, mutta eipä kuulunut liikenteen mekkala sisälle.
Talotekniikka, ilmeisesti ilmastointi, piti yöllä melkoista hurinaa välillä, mutta se oli jossain talon rakenteissa, ei siis säädettävissä huoneistossa. Huoneistossa yleisohjeet vain englanniksi, mutta onneksi kielitaito ja maalaisjärki riitti niiden ymmärtämiseen.

Apartment is on the ground floor affording little privacy. The view out is to the parking lot. The furniture is aged . Bed linen Okish.
