It was very convenient to the train station, and there are grocery stores close by and restaurants within half a mile or so of the property.
The apartment itself was small, but functional. There was a washer and dryer, a coffee maker, all the basics you would expect or want. In a rental unit. The building itself was very quiet. And you didn’t really hear any of the neighbors coming and going.
Although not the property owner’s fault at all, the one con was finding on street parking because at the time we were staying there there was a lot of construction work being done on the street that limited the amount of on-street parking that was available.

The location is closed to the train station and an easy and nice walk to downtown and the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, very pleasant. Washer and dryer is a good addition to this place.
The place needs an upgrade, the bed and bathroom are uncomfortable. The shower specifically is difficult to use without getting everything wet.

Alles, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gutes 🛏️, hatte erst im Haus und auf dem Weg dahin Orientierungsproblem, aber das war auch mein Problem, ging mir auch trotz GoogleMaps in der Stadt so..
Überhaupt nichts, selbst die geforderte Mülltrennung lief gut
