Stilvolles, gepflegtes Hotel in schöner Lage mit Blick auf die Festung. Am Ende der Atatürk Caddesi, wo es zahlreiche gute Restaurants, Cafés und Spezialitätenläden gibt (vor allem den lokalen und beliebten Käse). Das Frühstück gefiel mir gut.

All staff are very friendly and warm people. Erbil ağabey showed a great hospitality to all guests and they could have a relaxing evening. The location isn the heart of the ancient town. Highly recommended.

Atmospheric building, good location
Tiny rooms, with one tiny window. Very, very poor service, not a hotel level at all - room was never cleaned, breakfast is late and not really fresh (although you do get plenty of food), no coffee available (?!) even for breakfast, rude and uninterested staff. Far too expensive for what it offers.
