We had the top floor flat. 2 beautifully decorated & immaculately cleaned rooms. One with king-size bed. The other 2 singles. A shower room with hot, powerful shower - decent towels & toiletries provided. The hall entrance had a kettle and plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits for our stay. The beds were so comfy, we slept sound. Location is perfect - right in the middle of beautiful Cirencester. The lady who showed us up to the rooms was lovely, friendly & helpful. We had all we needed for a comfortable 2 night stay.
Nothing. It was perfect.

The location was great and the pub and outdoor area gorgeous.
I requested an iron and iron board and was not in there when we checked in. We needed it for the morning but the pub does not open before 12 pm and there is not a phone number to call so i was not sure how to get in contact with them. The check in was literally those are the keys and that is it no any explanation of any sort. Property is super nice and so is the town but service could have been better (especially considering the rate of the room).
