Rummet var stort och trevligt. Det fnns kylskåp vilket alltid är tevligt. Vi bodde fredag till söndag och frukosten på fredagen var det endast omelett med kaffe och juice som ingick. På lördagen var det en liten buffé uppdukat. Trevligt och gott. Vi åt både luncher och middagar och maten var helt ok.
Det var ingen städning alls under vår vistelse vilket man är van vid normalt. hade gärna sett påfyllning av kaffe och te på rummet som stod att det ingår. Vi hade inget kaffe alls på rummet och även om vi påtalade det fick vi inget heller.
Hotellet ligger helt nära motorväg och ljudet från den hörs tydligt. Högljudd AC ch det anordnades fester med otroligt hög musik till ca 01 på natten.

The breakfast/location - fantastic.
Front desk - young man by the name of Adrian (or Ardian, I can't remember) was fantastic. My family and I had great interactions with him; he was so friendly and always willing to help.
Anytime I made a request with the front desk, it was fulfilled almost immediately. For example, I asked for an iron and within minutes I was provided with one. I also asked the front desk to call a taxi for me and they did so, right away and the taxi showed up within 20 minutes.
As much as I liked Amazona Hotel, there are updates/renovations needed. The door to the bathroom wouldn't close completely (very annoying), the bathroom needed updating (I could see rust on the bathroom tiles), the carpet was outdated and the couches were old (I could see tears in the cushions).
Amazona also provides a venue for weddings/engagement parties, which last until 1:00am/2:00am in the morning, so if you're trying to sleep, that becomes challenging with the music/noise from outside.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Hotel Amazona in Pristina. We booked 13 rooms, and every single one was spotless, comfortable, and well-prepared. Everything worked perfectly, and it was clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a high standard.
The breakfast was excellent every morning, with a great selection and fresh food. What truly made our stay special, however, was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
A very special thank you to Ardian, Shpetim, Avni, and Arton for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our group.
We highly recommend Hotel Amazona to anyone visiting Pristina and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip such a wonderful experience!

Wedding venue
The hotel is very old and not clean. I think they are refreshing the whole hotel and I hope they will renovate everything and keep it clean afterwards.
