The A/C worked great, fantastic location for food and vintage shopping, quiet guests. Value for money is fine, great for someone who will spend little to no time in the accommodation. Personal shower and shared toilet is very manageable compared to a completely shared toilet and shower. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk in the room was a nice touch.
There was previous guest's hair on the shower walls and it made me nervous about the quality of the clean of the rest of the room. Dishes were left somewhat dirty/dusty. Code to get into the room is at least 6 random digits on a combination lock, so if you didn't bring your phone to the toilet, you might easily lock yourself out of your room with no way to contact anyone.

The street noise at night is very high, into the late night's. The shower in the room not so private for groups.

The location and the price.
Everything was noisy: the shower, the toilet and the floors. The room looked clean, but then I looked under the bed... There was lots of dust, as well as two empty bottles, pills and a book. I have never found anything like this in a hotel room before, and I have travelled a lot.
