Great house for a group get together in the heart of Keswick.

Cracking spot in the heart of Keswick complete with two parking spots. We had a family get together and had loads of space for everyone to spread out. Just be aware that the house is over 4 floors with lots of stairs if you have older parents. Handy corner shop in the street behind the house which is very useful for supplies and 5 minutes walk in to Keswick.

Miserly amount of hand soap and loo rolls provided in the bathrooms meant we had to buy supplies when would normally expect sufficient to be provided for a three night stay. Overall rating reduced to 9/10.

Nice house in Keswick for a large number of people but in winter could be a bit warmer.

Plenty of space. Kitchen well fitted out with plenty of fridge and storage space. Central location for access to Keswick.

Difficult to get the house warm. Windows quite drafty and some even left partly open. Heating set to 19C which wasn’t enough to warm the house unless you are home all day and use the boost button. Some of the plumbing needs a bit of attention. Parking not easy at busy periods.
