Close to the event I attended and staff was very friendly. The rooms looked as expected from the pictures. Staff was friendly and waited for me until I got back late from the event I was attending.
The place is only good if you have a car. You might have to order cabs to move to the town or anywhere there.

Que no había mucha gente. Que pudieron cambiarme de habitación porque la primera que me dieron olía muy mal. Los encargados fueron amables.
La ubicación no es donde dijeron, está a las afueras de Tepoztlán, las habitaciones estaban sucias, había rastros de que otras mascotas estuvieron ahí, pisos sucios y croquetas pegadas al piso. La taza del baño no tenía asiento y se tapaba.

La habitación con buen gusto, aunque falto de elementos, como mesa, silla interior.
Es dificil de llegar, tuvimos un accidente al tratar de ingresar el coche, ya que no vi señales claras y el google está mal en la forma de ingresar al lugar. También había solicitaeo lugar abajo y ya lo habían dado a otra persona, era importante porque mi esposo está en silla de ruedas.
