立地と宿泊費のバランスがよく、コスパが高い。
チェックインも事前にネットから済ませることができる。
出入口の玄関扉はネット経由で開錠できるので、大人数で利用する際に重宝する。
アメニティや食器類は上等なものが用意されており、上質な滞在を演出してくれる。
一階の天井裏にネズミのような小動物がいるらしく、夜間に活動されると睡眠が妨げられる。はやく駆除したほうが良いと思う。
各種家電は揃っているが、肝心の掃除道具がない。連泊する場合は床や土間の掃除がしたいので、掃除機やホウキの備え付けがあると良い。

A beautifully updated and preserved gem of a house in a great location (opposite bank of the Kamp to the Ritz Carlton). An impressive boulder serves as a step up from the lower level to a calm and pleasant sitting room. “Ninja” stairs to two large bedrooms. Hidden doors and cupboards and a sense of history are everywhere.

スタッフの方とのやりとりが迅速で大変安心感がありました。お部屋も広く清潔に保たれており、京都の趣を存分に楽しめるので本当に泊まって良かったと思いました。コンビニも近くにあり、便利です。たくさんご配慮いただきありがとうございました。またぜひ利用させていただきたいです。

The property is very nice. It has most of the thinkgs you would need.
I wish there was an english guideline for the washing drying machine. We needed some help with that and the luggage storage and they have replied my message 5 hours later. By the time they replied, it was too late.
