The hotel was EXTREMELY good value for money - well located & close to where I was working.
The staff were universally excellent - friendly, welcoming, helpful.
I was upgraded to a suite which was great.
The restaurant was very good too - nice varied menu choices & very good value for money.
A few niggly housekeeping jobs in my room should have been picked up in daily checks.
I left a note in the room, but they included curtains hard to open & close, TV remote not working, & an electric socket not working,

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel during a work visit to Dubai. I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel team for the complimentary room upgrade—it was a very kind gesture and made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
A special thanks to the restaurant staff, May Thu, Karim, and May, for their excellent service, friendliness, and warm hospitality. They were always attentive and welcoming, which made every meal a pleasant experience.
Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality. I truly appreciate the team’s efforts and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.
