Loved the location, just a short walk to Monastiraki Square, with loads of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the Acropolis, which made mornings and evenings there really special. Room was clean and spacious.
The balcony doors didn't lock, which meant anyone on the neighbouring balcony could easily get into the room (didn't feel great, safety-wise). We mentioned it at the front desk and were told none of the balcony doors lock, which seems like a pretty odd thing to just accept. Luckily there was a safe for valuables. Breakfast was fine but nothing special, expected a bit more for the price.

Amazing location, beautiful interior and exterior design. great rooftop space, delicious breakfast and comfortable rooms.
Very minor, but the carpets were quite marked and it feel less luxurious.

Location and architecture of hotel were good. I liked having a terrace and the room was good with two beds and two bathrooms.
I only stayed because of the roof terrace and then it was closed even though the weather most days was still fine and warm. I can’t understand why it was closed and am unhappy with the hotel being marketed as having a roof terrace given this. I also suggest new carpet which is very stained and a general refresh of paint etc.
