My family enjoyed every moment and amenity on the property. They didn’t even want to leave.
My family enjoyed every moment and amenity on the property. They didn’t even want to leave.
It wasn’t that I didn’t like anything. However, there were a few minor issues with the property but nothing to stop our fun or take away from what the property offered because everything was amazing even the staff.
Minor issues:
There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers
One of the theater seats were broken
There was a dirty cleaning towel left on the toilet
The hot tub was producing bubbles and squirting water everywhere
New bed pillows are needed ASAP
The water didn’t get hot enough. It was cold in the kitchen even when on full hot and warm in the first floor bathroom
The remote to heat up the pool was locked up
It was hard to change the tv channels while sitting because of how the boxes are positioned. We had to stand up or hold our arms up in the air to change the channels.
Outside of those minor things very about of stay was amazing and I want to thank the property manager for having such a wonderful cabin with excellent location to everything.
