About this house rental

Welcome to Marquee Park Place, a 24-hr guard gated high-rise community in the heart of Irvine. Centrally located near the 405, 241 and 55 freeway, South Coast Plaza, John Wayne Airport, Fashion Island. This unit is one of two with the unique floor plan that is two-story with three balconies and its own individual laundry room. The home feels very spacious, featuring two bedrooms on the second floor that are both master suits with their own private bathrooms and walk-in closets. Central Air Conditioning with nest thermostat on both first and second level. Surround sound speakers. The first bedroom has a king size bed, and the other bedroom has two queens. The first-floor features tile flooring, concrete stairs, carpet in both the bedrooms with a half bathroom downstairs. Other features include water softener, storage unit, two underground side by side parking spots, community pool, spa, work out room. Right next to the 405 and minutes away from Fashion Island You can walk to north Italia, Mother’s market, Puesto, LA fitness and you are half a mile away from the airport and ten minutes to fashion island.
