This is the ONLY fully permitted short term rental in Fountaingrove! :: HOUSE DESCRIPTION :: Constructed in late 2021, this immaculate home is for those who are looking for a modern, clean, and stylish place to stay in Wine Country! Entering onto the ground floor, the home offers a large 2 car garage for guest parking and easy access to the home. As you head up the stairs to the next level, there are two bedrooms - one bedroom has a memory-foam king size bed and the other bedroom has a memory-foam queen sized bed. There is also a sparkling full bathroom on this floor, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use. The main floor boasts an open floor plan with the amazing and fully stocked and organized kitchen, living room, and dining room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has brand new stainless steel appliances (Keurig pod/coffee maker, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator). There are 4 barstools at the kitchen counter for your guests to relax at and also a workspace at the kitchen counter for your work from home needs. The living room has a large 65'' flat screen tv with a sofa, loveseat, and oversized chair, offering plenty of seating for guests. The living room has floor to ceiling windows that let in an amazing amount of natural light and also has a gas fireplace to keep cozy! Off of the living space is the dining area which has a table that seats 6. The primary bedroom is the only bedroom on the top floor and is very private. There is a memory-foam king bed, a tv, and a gas fireplace in the bedroom. There is also a balcony off of the primary bedroom with a small outdoor table and chairs for two that overlooks the backyard and patio. The gorgeous en-suite bathroom has a separate bathtub and standalone shower with a waterfall showerhead. Between the bedroom and bathroom is a large walk-in closet. Also on this floor is a small loft area with a futon and another living space great for kids or relaxing. There is also a small backyard with outdoor furniture that can be accessed from the two downstairs bedrooms! This is a luxury hotel-like home that is perfect for your weekend away in beautiful Wine County! :: HOME HIGHLIGHTS :: - Brand new, modern, clean and stylish - Each bathroom comes stocked with individual hotel-like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion - Keurig coffee pods are provided for guests - Kitchen is fully stocked and professionally organized - Each bed has a brand new memory foam mattress and luxury linens - All of the bedroom closets are built out so guests can unpack comfortably during their stay - This is the only fully permitted and legal short-term rental in the Fountaingrove neighborhood :: GUEST ACCESS :: Guests can park 2 cars in the garage and there is ample nearby street/parking lot parking for additional cars.

Loved this beautiful property! It was bright and roomy and so comfortable. The location was great for heading out to Napa and Sonoma and very convenient to enjoy evenings relaxing after busy days touring. This will not disappoint!

Lovely modern home in a new construction neighborhood. Open and airy. Enjoyed the back patios. Had everything we needed. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

This home is stunning! The pictures do not do it justice – but they are close! There were six of us staying here for 5 days: my husband and me, our young daughter, my sister and her husband, and our dad. The three bedrooms worked great, plus there is a kids’ area with a futon couch that was perfect for our daughter. The bathrooms are spacious and beautifully designed. All 3 bedrooms have outdoor seating just outside the rooms. The living area is perfect for gathering. The kitchen is very well equipped. We utilized the dining table not only for meals but for multiple nights of playing games! We lacked nothing! Being in Santa Rosa, it was centrally located for all that we did. And we traveled a lot! We enjoyed our day at the Armstrong Redwoods as well as Goat Rock Beach and Bodega Bay. We spent several days in the Calistoga/St. Helena region. Santa Rosa was a great resting area between it all. If you are in the area and looking for a home for your larger family to stay in, THIS is the one to choose! You will not regret it!
