This gorgeous open-concept guest suite offers a queen size bed, living area with pull-out sofa bed, reading nook, full bath, and kitchenette. The home has a brand new air conditioning system for maximum comfort on those hot summer days.

The suite has everything you need to settle right in, including your own separate entrance and parking area, TV with streaming channels, high speed internet and air conditioning.

The kitchenette comes with a sink, mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and two-burner electric hot plate.

Your elegant full bathroom with deep soaker tub and skylight invites you to bask in the natural morning light or bathe under the full moon.

Sloped ceilings open up to expansive views of the Sangre de Christo mountain range.

One dog is welcome at this suite. (no cats please). The space is cozy and can only support one dog whether a service animal or non service animal. If your dog travels with you, please let us know as we have pet amenities available for your use.

This home is located in the Baca Grande, a few miles and an easy drive from the town of Crestone. You will have easy access to the Great Sand Dunes National Park (about a 1 hour drive door to door) Crestone spiritual centers, several hot springs, great hikes moderate to advanced including Crestone Needle and other 14ers, the UFO tower, Colorado Gator Farm, and more...

Expectations on Amenities:

Unlike most homes in this mountain area, this property DOES have air conditioning. But if you prefer to enjoy the mountain climate with open windows, there are portable fans for your comfort.

Noise:
We ask guests to respect quiet hours after 10 pm both inside and outside. Noise travels and we want to keep our neighbors happy so we can continue to make this space available for guests like you!
