simple breakfast, but acceptable

Perfect location, close to the airport (approx 10 min). Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast consisted of a large variety of foods to cater for all tastes. We had a very early flight so was given a breakfast box, which was very much appreciated.
Close to tourist locations, car is advisable. Free parking available.
There is nothing we didn’t like about the property, personal preference, it would have been better if we were able to walk to the nearby town to explore, but roads are quite dangerous with volume of traffic, not too bad during the day, but be extra cautious if walking in the evening.

step back in time to another era but the hotel was absolutely well kept and spotlessly clean. Really friendly and helpful staff with new towels every day. The hotel aslo hand amazing views.
The air conditioning was hard to work out the temperature perhaps a digital version would be suitable.
A kettle for coffee and tea making in the room would have been really nice as there are no café close by.

Location great. Close enough to Rome to hop on the train. But out of the city
No restaurant or bar. Breakfast served in a two hour slot 7:30-9:30. They kick you out after 9:30 even if you are still finishing. Hotel is clean but feels very run down and old.
