We were stranded as our flight was cancelled on 18th September book from outside along with my husband there was another 6 other couples was 10 min from airport they let us sleep in lounge from 3am to 9am till we got our rooms were do helpful
The food was very good but not warm enough had to get them to heat in microwave which they did

Room was spacious, clean and suited our needs. Well equipped and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was superb and plenty of options. Staff were friendly, helpful with local information. Locaton was fairly central to the promenade and only a short drive to the nearest beach. Would definately stay here again.
The bathroom floor was very slippy when wet and needed an anti slip mat when showering. The pool was excellent but eeded some sort of safety rail at the steps when entering the pool

I was in the room when a maintenance worker opened my door asking to check the wash basin, he came in and insisted to enter eventhough i asked him to come later. Very unprofessional
