We were very cental to the main strip and beach, only a few minutes walk. Lovely quiet area.
No air conditioning. We had one fan. Bought a second one for bedroom as my son was sleeping on sofa bed in dining room.

Great location, small complex, lovely pool area, clean and well maintained.
