About this house rental

Located in Vilano Beach, this charming house for $859 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Your tropical paradise awaits in this custom built gorgeous six bedroom, four bathroom home located in Vilano Beach with sleeping accommodations for up to 19 guests! Feel the cool ocean breeze on any of your five spacious balconies while watching the beautiful sunsets over the intracoastal, or relax in the brand new hot tub. You'll find the enormous garage equipped with amenities, sure to result in endless fun for everyone! Standard occupancy is limited to 10 adults plus children under 12. Golf cart available for $35/night for the duration of stay. Please inquire if interested in adding this to a reservation. Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider. Disclosure: There is a camera facing the driveway in order to monitor parking. Property managed by Elite Vacation Rentals - Providing local, full service, concierge services to our guests including beach & baby item delivery, grocery stocking, and more! Inquire for more details about any of our add on services. We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Guests will have access to the entire home minus a few locked closets in the living room and garage. 1st Floor: - Oversized garage / rec room with a pool table, shuffle board table, basketball game, couch, tv, table & eight chairs, fridge. - Brand new hot tub - Bedroom #1 with a king bed, sofa bed, tv, & ensuite bathroom. This room is off of the garage and separate from the main living area of the home. - Washer & dryer 2nd Floor: Main living area of the home - Two dining rooms - Kitchen - Living room - Full bathroom - Bedroom #6 (full bed) - Front porch with four rocking chairs - Balcony with outdoor dining table and six chairs 3rd Floor: - Bedroom #2. Primary suite with a king bed, tv, balcony (outdoor sofa), ensuite bathroom featuring an oversized jacuzzi. Separate office space with a desk, chair and sofa bed. - Bedroom #3 (queen bed) with balcony access - Bedroom #4 (queen bed) with balcony access - Bedroom #5 (full over full bunk bed with twin trundle) - Full bathroom - Laundry room

The house had plenty of room for all of us and everyone was able to have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our family-style dinners. The communication with the owners went well and they addressed any questions that we had. We will definitely look at their other properties.

This weekends stay was awesome - we really enjoyed how close we were to the beach and overall the size of the house. The house came with some really cool amenities and when there was an issue with the A/C at the house, the property management team (Rachel specifically) were very accommodating! Would recommend to anyone that is looking to stay close to the beach.

We loved Paradise Palms. It was spacious and allowed each of us to have our own room. The cabinets were well stocked and available beach towels were a nice perk. We took several walks on the beach, which was accessible a very short walk away. We were also able to walk to The Reef and Caps restaurants. St. Augustine is a short drive away and has lots to offer. We took a boat tour, as well as a walking history tour (highly recommend Kevin @ Spyglass Travel). Highly recommend this location for any group travelers!

Great stay. The only drawback is crossing main road A1A. This road should not be a 50 miles an hour road with the density of population. I would petition the the State highway association for a change.

My family and I really enjoyed the house. Close to the city and beach made it convenient to split our days at both location. Plenty of space in house allowed all family members and kids to enjoy themselves.
