We can schedule a time when you'll be out adventuring. - NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced. - OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m - MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 7 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids. There is a $100 per guest per day fee for over 7 people, so if you need the extra space, you're better off finding a bigger house that fits more people! - PATIO SLIDER: If a patio slider is open for more than 5 minutes, the HVAC system will automatically turn off to conserve energy. It will turn back on automatically when the door has been closed. - NO GARAGE: While there is plenty of space in the driveway, there is NO covered parking. - NO COUCH SURFING: For sanitary reasons, we do not allow guests to sleep on the couch. If you need more beds, please find a larger house! - PRIMARY GUEST: Must be over the age of 28, verify their identity (much like when staying at a hotel), sign a rental agreement, is responsible for payment, and is physically staying at the property for the duration of the stay.
