About this house rental
1940's Farmhouse on 41 acres in the Catskills with lake views throughout. Peaceful, private, down a very long driveway.
In the winter Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain is 20 minutes away for skiing, snowboarding, tubing, cross country and snow shoeing.
In the summer the lake on the property is great for swimming, boating, paddle boarding and fishing.
Floating dock and Adirondack chairs.
1 rowboat, 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddle boards, and 2 inflatable donuts.
Fire pit.
The space
The property also has an owner occupied cabin at times.
Smart TVs in Family room and Master Bedroom both signed into Netflix and equipped with Chrome cast for streaming control by guests
Upstairs has a full bathroom with built in tub and shower. Half bath downstairs.
