The perfect destination for a relaxing getaway or fun filled family excursion. Our home offers the very best Singer Island has to offer. Relax and enjoy the resort style backyard equipped with a pool and putting green or take a 4 minute walk to the beach. Explore local shops, restaurants, peanut island, and so much more as Singer Island is a close drive to Palm Beach/West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and Jupiter! Drive down a private cul-de-sac just across from the beach and park in the large circular driveway flanked by palm trees. The open concept living area features a comfortable modern sectional and high end furnishings surrounding the 63" Smart TV that has cable so you can watch all your favorite sports and shows. The living space flows through the dining area to a fully equipped kitchen with new modern appliances all while enjoying the beautiful backyard oasis through expansive glass sliders. The master bedroom has complete privacy from the other two bedrooms as it comprises the left wing of the house and has views of the pool and backyard. Complete with an en suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and jetted tub shower. Next to the king bed is a large walk in closet and private sliding doors that lead out to the backyard oasis. The second bedroom (the wave room) features two twin beds with a beautifully painted wave mural to make you smile and fully experience the beach vibe of this home. There is a large closet for storage as well. The spacious third bedroom (the pink room) features two queen beds with beautifully appointed linens, large closet and full length mirror and private glass sliders out to the pool. The backyard oasis will not disappoint. Enjoy your own private pool with modern lounge chairs, a large dining table with comfortable seating, and your very own putting green. You can cook on the grill and pass food and drinks back and forth through the bar adjacent to the kitchen. Walk to the beach in under five minutes along a private beach access trail. Our home has beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, beach toys and an umbrellas to make sure you have everything needed for the perfect beach day. When you arrive back from the beach you can rinse off in our heated outdoor shower before returning to your little slice of paradise. The washer and dryer are located in the garage, where there is also a ping pong table. For additional fun our house is also complete with board games, pool floats, and corn hole. Amazing snorkeling and excursions to Peanut Island are available nearby. Our home has high speed Wi-fi and central air conditioning that will ensure you are comfortable when you are not outside enjoying the sunshine. Perfect place to stay on singer island. The location is just a few minute walk from the beach. The house is stocked with everything you might need— lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. Plenty to keep you entertained with a great pool, ping pong table, darts, putting green. The hosts are wonderful, reponsive and very accommodating. Highly recommend

The property is on a street filled with beautiful homes, ending in a cul-de-sac; therefore, there is no thru traffic, which is ideal for walking dogs. Our 9-day stay was focused on two things: scuba diving and beach time. The house is within 5 minutes of Riviera Marina, where most of the dive boats are docked in West Palm Beach. About 20 minutes away is Jupiter Dive Center; it has its own docks and dive boats. The diving was fantastic, with strong currents pushing us along at 2-3 knots. The property has excellent backpack-able beach chairs and beach umbrellas--as well as an array of float toys. The beach is an easy 5-minute walk away, so we went several times. The house is well appointed with beach towels and a full set of kitchen wares. There were just two issues we had during the stay: (1) The pool had a nasty bloom of algae; the pool cleaning service struggled to get it under control, and (2) Air Conditioning unit could not cool the house below 78 degrees during the daytime. This is the hottest, most humid time of year in Florida--so the AC is likely not affected so much for the rest of the year. The property owner was very fair in addressing the issues, and issued us a partial refund for the days we could not use the pool. Overall it was the best property we have ever rented on VRBO; we would stay here again.

This property is exactly as advertised. It’s in a great neighborhood close to good restaurants and the beach. The owners are very quick to correct any issues that may arise. No need to haul beach chairs or towels from your home. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation at the beach is there.

The house is located in a very nice area close to beaches and nice restaurants, Publix is just minutes away! The house could use some personal touch and care. If you mind having lights and/or sun waking you up, know there are only rolling shades and small blinds. Also no privacy in two of the rooms if your are in the pool area at night or if you are in the living room, kitchen and dining room you can be seen from the street. This said, it is a nice house, the beach chairs, the ping pong table and the putting green are a nice touch. Hosts were very helpful and easy to reach throughout our stay.

We stayed in this beautiful home because it was close to friends who were going with us to the F1 races in Miami. Its proximity to everything walking for those of us who didn't go to the races was the reason I chose this house. It was very clean, had plenty of nice paper goods (not the cheap stuff. I've stayed in VRBO's that we had to buy our own TP), shampoo/conditioner, great towels both for the bath and pool. Very comfortable beds with nice linens. Pool toys, beach chairs, ping pong table, putt putt, and board games for the nighttime. We will be returning next year! Thank you, Clay & Jill
