Amazing accommodation

The accommodation was so clean and tidy everything you needed was there even extra things such as tea coffee crisps so appreciated, very comfortable, the extra toilet and sink room in the main bedroom was a god send and so nice to have. Great location quite especially for our dogs. Communication with the owner was 100% professional and very good.

Keep clear dirty and a health risk.

It was positioned in a quiet area, but looks nothing like the advertising pictures

Please read this is the first time i have ever had to leave such a review. On arrival we noted there was a lot of green algae on the decking and furniture making this impossible to use. The cavan outside was very dirty unlike any over caravan on site. On opening the door we were attacked by lots of flies trying to get out. We spent the next hour on the phone complaining about the condition of the property. The front net curtain had a hole in it, there was animal hair on the curtains by the dining table (later discovered they were cat hairs as they started my allergy off. There was a lot of flies in every room even the bed room. There was opened food in cupboards and the freezer as well as other food stuff with no use by dates. The corner near the toaster was very dirty with a dead fly in the corner and the taster was full of bits of old bread and another dead fly when we tried to clean it. There was a christmas garland on the cutain pole above the dining table and tinsel wrapped around the light pendant which could be a fire risk. We went for something to eat and had to eat fish and chips in the car as we did not want to eat them in a fly infested caravan or on grean algae furniture on the varanda. While out we bought fly sptay and disinfectant wipes and spent the rest of the evening exterminating flies and cleaning all the surfaces. I was able to take lots of pictures of flies and other issues such as the dusty christmas trimmings over the table, torn nets, put hairs, opened food both in and out of the freezer. Throughout our 3 night stay we battled with flies but by our last day there were non present. We left the fly spray in the van. The shower door was very dirty and was difficult to see through dur to the dirty water marks, not nice to use. I have put some photos on but have a lot more that could add.
