Sehr schöne Lage! Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal!
Eigentlich ist es positiv, wenn Hotels auch Hunde erlauben. Wenn das jedoch auf Hundebesitzer trifft, die sich nicht daran stören, das ihr Vierbeiner morgens um 07:00 Uhr mit seinem Gebell die ganze Etage weckt, dann ist das schon sehr ärgerlich. Ja, liegt nicht am Hund, liegt nicht am Hotel sondern an den Besitzern, bleibt aber ärgerlich!

Laghetto, natura, buona posizione dall'aeroporto. Gli spazi a disposizione vari e ampi.
L'accoglienza dello staff, salvo alcuni collaboratori, personale poco sorridente e poco concentrato. Nonostante l'impegno abbiamo aspettato 2 ore perché una soluzione al nostro inconveniente fosse proposta e accettata.
